4. Placing an order
Our website allows you to place an order directly through it. After adding an item to the basket, the user is automatically directed by the system to the next steps of placing the order. After the order has been correctly sent to the seller, the buyer will receive a message on the given e-mail address confirming the order. Please check the correctness of the completed data, as any inconsistencies may extend or prevent the execution of the order.
5. Prices and Delivery
All prices displayed next to the products include the currently applicable VAT. All prices shown next to the products do not include delivery costs – these are shown in the basket after adding the ordered items to it. Before placing the order, the customer has the opportunity to get acquainted with the expected delivery date. We would like to point out that this is an indicative date and should not be treated as binding. Nevertheless, we will make every effort to ensure that shipments are made as soon as possible.
6. Order cancellation
In a situation where the contract was concluded using means of distance communication, the consumer has a 14-day right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason. In order to express the willingness to resign, the customer should report such information in writing, by e-mail or using the return form available on the website. The returned products can not be damaged or used, must have their original packaging and be intact. The reimbursement is made to the customer’s account using the method of payment that was chosen to pay for the package within 14 days from the date of receipt of the returned goods. The customer is responsible for bearing the shipping costs.
7. Payment and delivery methods
There are different types of payment available on the website:

The choice of the method of payment is possible at the stage of placing the order. Any
transactional costs remain on the client’s side.

8. Complaints
If a defect is found within 2 years of receiving the product, the customer has the right to demand:
• Price reductions
• Money back (withdrawal from the contract)
• Product exchange
• Product repairs
If the method of resolving the complaint proposed by the customer would generate excessive costs for the seller, the seller may propose alternative solutions, convenient for both parties.

The seller reserves the right to provide information within 14 days of receiving the complaint. No answer means that the complaint is accepted.
9. Ratings and reviews
Users were allowed to place ratings and reviews of the offered products and services.
The content of the reviews is non-confidential information and can be accessed by any visitor. Ratings should contain information consistent with the actual course of the transaction and may not contain inappropriate content, e.g. containing profanity or obscene content. By submitting an opinion, the user agrees to its free use.
